Shipping Policy

We strive to process and deliver orders in a timely manner.

Digital Products & Services

For digital products such as online courses, eBooks, webinars, downloadable resources, software, and other digital services, no physical shipping is required. Access details will be delivered via email, WhatsApp, or the designated platform after successful payment confirmation.

Physical Products

If physical products are offered, orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the customer's location and courier service availability.

Please note that shipping delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, public holidays, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Exchange Policy

Customer satisfaction is important to us.

Digital Products & Services

Due to the nature of digital products and services, exchanges are not applicable once access has been granted or the product has been delivered.

Physical Products

Customers may request an exchange only if:

• The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

• The exchange request is submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

• The product is unused and in its original packaging.

• Proof of purchase (Order ID or Invoice) is provided.

Upon verification and approval, further instructions regarding the exchange process will be communicated.
